## **Employee financial wellbeing is clearly linked to the benefits that they receive in the workplace.**

 

The majority of UK adults claim that the rising cost of living is the leading cause of stress in their lives. Employers can help to improve employee financial wellbeing and reduce stress by offering valuable benefits such as flexible working hours. 

Our research into financial wellbeing and employee benefits has discovered that:

- 64% of employees say that their employer does not have initiatives in place to improve financial wellbeing
- 44% of employees would leave their current role to work for an employer that provides better financial wellbeing support
- 58% of employees say that money and finances are their leading cause of stress
